My brother and father were both motorcycle enthusiasts and they taught me how to ride when I was a teenager.  Unfortunately, the distractions and challenges of adult life altered my priorities and interests and it wasn't until some good friends turned up on their Harleys that my interest was rekindled.  When I got back on a bike it was just thrilling - it felt like I had found a long lost friend.  My husband and I got our bikes in 2007 (his is a Teal 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 750) and we've really enjoyed cruising the back-roads.  Eventually I would like to do some riding in Europe, but until then I look forward to making new friends while exploring Michigan and the U.S
