I began riding eight years ago when I purchased my first bike a Honda Shadow ACE - 750. I loved that bike and it really helped me advance my skills as a rider. Right after I bought the motorcycle I decided I was going to want to ride with other people so after some searching I found Women On Wheels(R) and joined. The nearest chapter was in the Detroit area, but I learned much from being a part of that chapter. When I left them I had upgraded to my current big girl bike, a Kawasaki Nomad 1600, and was a Road Captain. I decided that I wanted something a little closer to home so I started this chapter. Now a year later we have over 20 members and I love every minute of it. I am currently a trustee on Women On Wheels(R) Board of Trustees. I look forward to serving the national membership and continuing to make this the best organization ever! But with these duties, don't expect to not see me on the road! Riding is definitely a passion of mine, so let's go!! I am also an Accident Scene Management, Inc instructor (see www.accidentscene.net for more info). I look forward to new roads to travel, new friends to meet, and new adventures to be had!
